The Inner City Youth Orchestra of Los Angeles will present its 16th Annual Season Finale Concert on Sunday, July 14. The concert will feature GRAMMY-nominated singer and songwriter Kenny Lattimore, highlights from George Gershwin’s opera Porgy & Bess featuring world renowned singers of the National Association of Negro Musicians, and Rhapsody in Blue with Broadway pianist, composer and music director Joseph Joubert.
